INFORMATION
Buda Hills - Buda side is crowned by craggy massifs. They can provide a welcome respite from the summer heat. They conceal great treasures for nature lovers. It is accessible by Cogwheel Railway, Children's Railway, Chairlift, and of course by local bus.
Buda Caves in the Buda Hills - Stalactite caves (Szemlőhegyi and Pálvölgyi Caves) hidden in the Buda Hills. They can be visited between 10 a.m till 4 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday in the frame of guided tours, but they are only in Hungarian. Tours begin every hour on the hour. The caves have a stable temperature of 12 oC. Comfortable shoes and warm clothes are recommended to bring or put on.
