Conditions of Hire
Prices of guides or tours are calculated on the basis of starting and finishing at your hotel, or upon request at the airport.
INCLUDED
Services of a professional guide and/or a driver with his or her own motor vehicle within the time and mileage as instructed and arranged, and all vehicle expenses except as below. Government taxes. All other services as instructed and agreed. Stops for meals are included in your time.
NOT INCLUDED
Entrance charges, meals, accommodation on extended tours, mobile telephone calls and gratuities. All incidental expenses should be settled directly. Charges for extra services should be agreed at the time.
RESERVATION
To make reservation, please fill in the RESERVATION FORM on the CONTACT-site, or send a mail to the given e-mail address.
CONFIRMATION
A deposit of 10% of the estimated total charges, plus deposits required by suppliers, is required to book and confirm a tour. A further 50% deposit is required one month before the tour and final payment or balance is required two weeks before the tour, or latest at arrival.
PAYMENT
Payment will be in Euro, British Pound, American Dollar or Hungarian Forint - by cash, or electronic transfer with any charges paid at source.
CANCELLATION
As I am a sole trader cancellations have a significant impact. It is necessary therefore to adhere strictly to this cancellation policy.
Notice received prior to commencement of services
Up to 14 days: Full refund less non-refundable payments to suppliers and other out of pocket expenses, administration and banking fees.
13 to 8 days: Charges will include 50% of driver-guiding services, non-refundable payments to suppliers, out of pocket expenses, administration and banking fees.
7 days to 48 hours: Charges will include 75% of driver-guiding services, non-refundable payments to suppliers and out of pocket expenses, administration and banking fees.
After 48 hours: All deposits are non-refundable.
CHANGE of AVAILABILITY
If my availability changes and I am unable to undertake an assignment personally, a suitable replacement will be provided. Adequate notice will be given to the client and there will be no increase in the price agreed.
